Flat price for a standard move — one source to one destination, up to 2 TB. Bigger or multi-account jobs are quoted up front, with no obligation. Plus VAT or sales tax where it applies.

Request a concierge migration

Tell us a little about the move and we'll reply with a fixed quote and next steps — usually within one business day. Only your email is required.

What's included

  • We run the full copy. You connect the two accounts (or we walk you through it); from there we handle the whole transfer and monitor it to completion.
  • Verification report. When it's done you get a summary — file counts and checksums — so you can see that what's on the destination matches the source.
  • We re-run anything that changed. If files were added or edited while the move was running, we do a final pass so nothing is missed.
  • Direct email support throughout. You deal with a person, start to finish — no ticket queue.

How it works

  1. Send the enquiry above with a rough idea of the move.
  2. We reply within one business day with a fixed quote and a short plan.
  3. You approve, we send a Stripe invoice, and we schedule the run.
  4. We execute, verify, and send you the report. Done.

What it doesn't cover

  • Recreating sharing or permissions. CloudRaft is copy-only — we move the files, not each cloud's share settings. Tell us if that matters and we'll advise.
  • Ongoing sync. Concierge is a one-time move, not a continuous mirror.
  • Touching your source. As always, we only ever copy — we never delete, move, rename, or modify your original files. (See Security.)
